Experience Design Volunteer at Gauge

This is a school-industry project with Gauge. Gauge is a telematics company, which provides their customers IoT (Internet of Things) solutions to manage fleets, such as commercial trucks and cargo vans. Our mission is to design a digital solution for technicians, who install and repair IoT device on vehicles, to streamline the process of the fulfilling services at customer sites. My role: I translated business requirements and user needs into designs and led the user testing.
